First Fashion Photo Shoot a Success

The first fashion photo shoot took place at Price Portraits in Charleston for WV LIVING and the end result was unbelievable! Model and former Miss WV USA Jessica Wedge sported 6 different looks in front of the camera and stylist Jane Engelke made sure the hair and makeup complimented each outfit!

I had a blast pulling clothing from various stores around West Virginia and Jane put the finishing touches on each outfit by adding the appropriate accessories. She's got a gift for fashion!

Rounding out the TEAM DIVA was Jessica Schueler, former Miss WV's Outstanding Teen and future fashion magazine editor. Our fearless leader, Nikki Bowman the creator and publisher of WV LIVING, also served as photographer.

What will you find in the spring issue? Items from Horner and Harrison, Geraniums, Eggplant, Elizabeth Michaels, Target, Vance's Blues, Payless and many more great stores from across the mountain state.

When does the magazine come out? March! But don't miss it- go to http://www.wvlivingmagazine.conm/ to subscribe today.

Make sure you include your name, store name, and location in your email. Please send all emails to Kim@WVLIVINGmagazine.com

I'd love to feature your items in the next blog or article.... I'd even love to shop in your store. Tell me about it!!!

Look for Vance's Blues of Morgantown, Elizabeth Michaels and Hornor and Harrison of Parkersburg and Geranium of Charleston in my style article in the next issue of WV LIVING.

Shoe Search

I'll be the first to admit, I love designer shoes. I weep for Jimmy Choo, adore Manolo Blahnik and feel that Stuart Weitzman must truly know my soul, but my budget doesn't allow for too many frivolous purchases.

Luckily, I've fallen in love with a shoe I found at Elizabeth Michaels Boutique in Vienna located on Grand Central Avenue. This strappy little sandal accents my femininity while the four inch heel lets everyone know 'I mean business!' The best news- they're only $39.00. Can you believe it!

To check them out go to http://www.elizabethmichaels.net/. Too cute! My toes are ready for spring!
